RETURNS POLICY
At VÉRO, we operate in limited drops with intentional production.
Each piece is made in small quantities and moves quickly.
For this reason, our returns policy is structured to remain clear, fair, and consistent.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

STORE CREDIT ONLY
We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We also do not offer refunds on orders where import duties or taxes are refused by the customer.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for size or style.
Due to the limited quantities we produce and the pace at which items sell out, we cannot guarantee availability of replacement sizes or styles once your return is received.
We are also unable to reserve or hold stock.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept returns on international orders.
Returns are only available for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
RETURN SHIPPING
For orders within the UAE, return shipping costs are covered by VÉRO.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging intact
Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.
PROCESSING
Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit via email.
